Justin Schardt - OWNER/head coach

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Level-1 Nutrition coach and Weightlifting Level 1 Trainer

After playing multiple sports growing up and developing a love for fitness, Justin Schardt opened Rack City Fitness in 2014 just wanting to create a different career path for himself doing something that he enjoyed. He found CrossFit watching ESPN in 2018 and was instantly hooked to the style of training. Realizing how much his body and others are capable of when pushing outside their comfort zone. After using the CrossFit methodology himself for a year, he decided he wanted more, leading him to take his L-1 to begin helping others discover CrossFit and all it has to offer.

Once the building that Rack CIty Fitness operated in was sold and we needed to move, it was an easy decision to open the first CrossFit affiliate in Somerset County moving forward. CrossFit Revival has changed so many lives in the short time we’ve been around. CrossFit Revival is dedicated to helping others get their life back and realize how much they are capable of regardless of their current situation. We’ve quickly created an atmosphere full of people of all walks of life wanting to help each other succeed as we knock down goal after goal.

Holly McQuade

CrossFit Level 1, Weightlifting Level-1 Coach

Coach Holly started her fitness journey 15 years ago at her home. She has a strong background in running and has completed more than 20 half marathons as well as 1 full marathon. Holly joined the gym near her home in 2014 and that is where she met Coach Justin and exposed to CrossFit training.

When the opportunity presented itself to try CrossFit, she jumped at the chance to give it a go and was immediately hooked. After seeing how CrossFit changed her life, she wanted to help bring those positive changes to the lives of others. She obtained her Level 1 certification in 2021 and began coaching at CrossFit Revival.

For thirty years, Lisa served in the field of education, teaching, coaching varsity volleyball and track, and then became a school administrator. Her high energy and active lifestyle led her to the CrossFit style of training two years ago. Her understanding of functional fitness complements her active lifestyle as a person who enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and boating.

Her passion for helping others is now with CrossFit Revival where she is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach and Trainer. She strives to make each class or personal training session meaningful and beneficial, always working toward achieving each person’s individual goals.
