I came to CrossFit Revival feeling unmotivated in my previous fitness goals and had no routine. Autumn Kelly suggested I come give it a try as I watched all the progress she had made.

I was nervous, I thought I was gonna die, and I wasn’t sure if I’d like it because traditional gyms just have not worked for me in the past. I definitely was expecting some sort of intimidation walking in for the first time. However, none of that occured and I now find it the positive uplifting environment.

I was so proud of myself when I successfully did a 70lb deadlift as I was so weak coming into this! My goal was just 40lbs!! I had shattered that in less than 6 weeks and have successfully progressed up to a 115lb deadlift now!!

I’m currently working towards running a 5k in under 40 min and not walking at all. I want to run the entire 5k.
